Specialized’s fastest option, the S-Works Turbo Rapidair T2/T5 2Bliss Ready Road Tyre has many professional Grand Tour, Monuments and Classics victories on its impressive palmares. 

The key difference from other tyres is that it uses a 2-ply rather than 3-ply construction, making it more supple, grippier and therefore faster. This construction is complemented by the use of GRIPTON T2 rubber on the centre of the tyre with T5 on the shoulders, saving two watts over the previous version and increasing tyre life by over a 1000km.

As well as benefiting from the puncture resistance of being tubeless-ready, the hybrid-Kevlar BlackBelt under the tread adds further protection without compromising the tyre’s suppleness and ride quality. It is safe to use with both hooked and hookless rims, maximising wheel choice.
